Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Our apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need for a self catering holiday
for up to 8 people with the exception of personal linen (Duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets and towels).
2. The apartment will
be clean and tidy when you arrive and we ask all our guests to leave the apartment in the same condition as they find it. Whilst we
employ cleaners to prepare the apartment for all our guests, we still rely heavily on guests leaving the apartment as clean and
tidy as they find it to ensure a smooth handover to the next guests.
3. The apartment will be ready for your occupation from
14:00 on the first day of your rental and we ask all guests to vacate the apartment by 11:00 am on their final day. This
allows us a minimal 3 hour window in which to ensure the apartment is ready for the next guests. Ocassionally our cleaners
may need to enter the apartment outside of these times and if this becomes necessary we ask guests to allow them
access to the apartment.
4. All electricity, heating and an endless supply of hot water is included in the rental price
and you will find the cupboards well stocked with basic condiments, sauces and general cleaning materials etc.
5. We ask
all guests to advise us by telephone or email if they find anything damaged or not working when they first arrive at the apartment. Unlike
most other operators, we do not ask our guests for a "security deposit" when renting our apartment. We fully understand that
certain small items of crockery etc will get broken during a season and we do not expect our guests to replace these small
breakages. However, in the event of any material damage to the apartment structure or furniture (incl electrical items), we would
expect our guests to reimburse us for the cost of any repairs or replacements that may be necessary.
6.
For the general comfort of all residents of Domaine de L'Ariondaz, we ask all our guests to observe the Domaine rules which are
listed at the entrance to the apartment block.
7. Please note that the apartment is a NON SMOKING area although our guests
are allowed to smoke on the balcony.
8. Cancellation: In the event that YOU decide to cancel your booking for
any reason WE will do everything we can to secure an alternative booking on similar terms. If we manage to achieve this
then we will be pleased to refund any deposit monies received less advertising and administration costs incurred in arranging
the re-letting (min £50). However in the event that we are unable to secure a replacement booking then we regret that deposit monies
paid cannot be refunded and we recommend to all our guests that you take out Travel Insurance to protect yourself against the risk
of cancellation and the potential loss of your deposit.
If YOU cancel within 28 days of the start of your holiday and after having
paid the balance to us, we regret we will not be able to refund your deposits as it will be virtually impossible to re-let the apartment
at such short notice.
9. Bookings are only accepted subject to guests accepting the above terms and conditions.
